About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time remote role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of software products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue business opportunities in the healthcare sector
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including doctors, pharmacists, lab technicians, and other healthcare professionals
  3. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies and provide feedback on product enhancements
  4. Provide demos and explain the benefits of our solution to potential clients
  5. Travel to clinics, labs, and pharmacies to promote our solution and gather feedback
  6. Report daily progress to management
  7. Contribute to expanding our presence in new areas by identifying opportunities and establishing relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of software products and services
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • Certifications in sales or software-related fields are a plus
  • Healthcare-related experience is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi (knowledge of other languages is a bonus)
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting
  • A laptop for demo purposes and reporting
