We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team in a Market Access role. This is a dynamic position that requires the ability to lead market access activities, ensuring optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access for pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing market trends and conducting health economics analysis to identify market access barriers, pricing trends, and payer requirements.
  • Developing and implementing market access strategies to ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access for pharmaceutical products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to generate evidence supporting product value.
  • Negotiating with payers, government bodies, and healthcare authorities to secure reimbursement strategies, pricing, and access conditions.
  • Preparing and submitting reimbursement dossiers, value dossiers, pricing applications, and HTA submissions.
  • Maintaining knowledge of policy developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt access strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing & Reimbursement, or related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, pricing & reimbursement pathways, HTA processes, and payer dynamics.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing market access strategies, preparing reimbursement dossiers, and engaging with payers.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
