Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled financial analyst to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. This role involves reviewing general ledger accounts, preparing and verifying journal entries, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and complete financial data in general ledgers
  • Prepare and verify journal entries, reconcile intercompany accounts, and prepare necessary reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a related field, preferably in a SAP environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Accounting Standards:

The successful candidate will be required to have a strong understanding of accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.

Teamwork:

The General Ledger Accountant will work closely with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
