Business Transaction Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator with 2–3 years of relevant experience to support commercial property transactions.

  • Lease Management:
    • Assist in the preparation and processing of lease documents, including renewals and amendments.
    • Maintain and update lease agreements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Track lease-related deadlines (expiry, rent reviews) to support timely follow-ups.
  • Data Entry and Updating:
    • Enter and update property, client, and lease data accurately in company systems, ensuring seamless integration.
    • Generate regular reports for internal use, highlighting key performance indicators.
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across platforms, minimizing errors.
  • Presentation & Proposal Support:
    • Prepare presentations and proposals using PowerPoint/Google Slides, incorporating property details and data.
    • Ensure that sales materials accurately reflect property information.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills, with ability to multitask and collaborate with different teams.
    • Good communication skills (written and verbal), with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Slides).
    • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly, with basic knowledge of property management software a plus.
    • Problem-solving ability, with willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field and relevant work experience in data management, coordination, or administrative support.
