Academic Leadership Position

The institution seeks a visionary and experienced Academic Leader to drive the success of our Faculty.

As Vice Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing academic operations, fostering innovation and research, strengthening partnerships, and promoting international collaborations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance to department heads and teachers on designing efficient timetables and utilizing infrastructure and human resources effectively.
  • Overseeing the timely preparation and distribution of essential information to students at the beginning of each semester or term.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless enrollment processes for new students.
  • Ensuring up-to-date institutional data is regularly maintained on the university website and management information system (MIS).
  • Conducting regular meetings with teaching and non-teaching staff to address challenges and explore solutions in consultation with the Principal.
  • Engaging with students to gather feedback on the teaching-learning process and examination conduct, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements in consultation with the Principal.

Eligibility criteria include:

  • Ph.D. degree
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration at universities, colleges, and other institutions of higher education, preferably holding a Professor or Associate Professor position.
