Lead Finance Operations

We are seeking an experienced and proactive finance leader to oversee the finance operations of our entity.

This role provides high visibility and ownership across financial reporting, compliance, and ERP implementation.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with hands-on leadership to ensure robust financial governance and support the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage statutory compliance, internal audits, and financial controls in line with regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of ERP systems to drive efficiency.
  • Prepare and consolidate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management teams.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform business decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency across the entity.
  • Develop relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, ACCA, or CPA certification required.
  • 6-9 years of finance experience, with proven ability to manage reporting, compliance, and ERP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to manage compliance, reporting, and operational finance in a multinational context.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
