As a medical sales professional, you will play a key role in developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and promoting pharmaceutical products or medical devices to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will establish and maintain effective communication channels with healthcare professionals through regular visits, product presentations, and customer support.
  • Promoting the features, benefits, and usage of pharmaceutical products or medical devices to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
  • You are expected to achieve sales targets by effectively communicating product information, demonstrating value, and addressing customer needs.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize sales volume and market penetration within your designated territory.
  • You will manage a designated sales territory, establish a regular visitation schedule, and maintain a customer database.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in medical guidelines or regulations is essential for this role.
  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and potential areas for product growth.
  • Organizing and participating in medical conferences, seminars, and product training sessions will also be part of your responsibilities.

This role requires prior experience in the pharma industry, preferably as a medical representative. Local candidates will be given preference.
