**Position Summary**: As a Sales Associate at KTM, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium motorcycles and accessories. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that enhance their KTM experience. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, a deep understanding of our products, and a passion for motorcycles.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable KTM products and accessories.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of KTM motorcycles, accessories, and apparel.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Participate in sales events, promotions, and product launches.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycles and a passion for the KTM brand.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
