Showrooms: Nissan, Citroën, Jeep

Location: Durgapur

Role: Sales Associate

Salary: As per industry standards

Experience: Minimum 3 years of Automobile Sales experience (mandatory)

Requirement: Own 2-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers visiting the Nissan, Citroën, and Jeep showrooms, ensuring a premium sales experience across all brands.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models from Nissan, Citroën, or Jeep based on their preferences and budget.
• Conduct product demonstrations, explain features, and arrange test drives for all three brands.
• Generate leads from walk-ins, field activities, digital enquiries, and referrals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models, features, pricing, and current offers across all three brands.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate effectively, and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Work closely with finance, insurance, RTO, and delivery teams for smooth sales and delivery processes.
• Maintain records in CRM and ensure consistent follow-ups for conversions.
• Participate in roadshows, display events, and outdoor promotional activities as required.
• Ensure showroom floor display and brand guidelines are maintained at all times.

Skills & Qualities Required:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong experience in 4-wheeler automobile sales (minimum 3 years).
• Deep product understanding along with the ability to explain technical features clearly.
• Customer-first approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under monthly sales targets and deliver consistent performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
