","Job Description
  • Lead and supervise a team of associates to meet performance targets.
  • Maintain production reports, prepare decks, and circulate minutes across all processes.
  • Monitor work allocation, pipeline management, and coordinate department activities with the manager.
  • Provide recommendations for strategies and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure seamless production.
  • Ensure team adherence to requirements and identify talent for next-level leadership.
","Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge in US Mortgage business and servicing Mortgage claims process.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding FHA, VA loans, FNMA FHLMC HUD demands, Title packages & Conveyance.
  • Well-versed in conveyance process, GSE Claims, File checker, and Investor Guidelines.
  • Ability to handle multiple shared mailboxes and read recorded mortgage deeds.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical approach.
  • Good understanding of reports and performance management.
