Protection and Control Systems Specialist

Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Protection and Control Engineer to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing protection and control systems for our substations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed design drawings and documentation for Front End Engineering Design (FEED), including Protection Single Line Diagrams (PSLD) and Key Line Diagrams (KLD).
- Create Circuit Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams, Cable Schedules, Cable Block Diagrams, General Arrangement Diagrams, and Termination Schedules.
- Interface substation auxiliary systems and other equipment with protection and control systems.
- Perform design calculations, including LVAC and DC system sizing, CT and VT adequacy checks, and cable sizing.
- Support tendering activities by providing preliminary design documentation and drawings, Bills of Quantities, and Engineering Man Hour Estimates.
- Lead P&C design on projects and collaborate with junior engineers and graduate engineers.
Requirements:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering and around 8-12 years of experience in the design of protection and control systems.
