Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security measures to protect industrial control systems (ICS) and sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Measures Design: Implement and monitor effective security measures to safeguard ICS systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.
  • System Security Requirements: Identify and define system security requirements to ensure comprehensive protection against internal and external security threats.
  • Risk Assessment & Gap Analysis: Perform high-level gap assessments and risk assessments in accordance with IEC 62443 standards to identify security gaps and implement improvements.
  • Cybersecurity Architecture: Design and develop detailed cybersecurity architectures based on industry-standard blueprints and best practices to ensure robust protection for ICS environments.
  • Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct tool-based vulnerability assessments for SUC, reviewing network device configurations, and implementing remediation measures to strengthen overall security posture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field). A degree in Cybersecurity is preferred.
  • Valid certification in OT security (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, OSCP) is an additional advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in OT security systems design, implementation, and consulting, including hands-on experience with industrial automation systems.
  • Proven expertise in cybersecurity, specifically within ICS environments, ensuring that industrial systems are protected against cyber threats.
