Job Overview

As a senior automation professional, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by leveraging your expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to drive business growth and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions that streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance customer experience.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, with experience in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python. You should also have hands-on experience with RPA tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere, as well as a solid understanding of database management systems like Oracle or SQL Server.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing RPA solutions to automate business processes

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

  • Developing and maintaining documentation for RPA solutions, including user guides, technical specifications, and testing plans

  • Providing training and support to end-users on RPA solutions
