Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior RPA Developer with deep expertise in UiPath to design, develop, and implement robust automation solutions. You will play a crucial role in transforming business processes through intelligent automation, working end-to-end from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.

This role demands a strong understanding of the RPA lifecycle, technical proficiency, and the ability to mentor junior team members while translating complex business needs into efficient automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Development :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, orchestrator, and other UiPath tools.

- Translate business requirements and process definitions into detailed technical specifications and automation workflows.

- Develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable RPA bots, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator, including queues, assets, schedules, and user management.

RPA Lifecycle Management :

- Actively participate in all phases of the RPA project lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

- Conduct thorough testing of developed robots, identify and resolve defects, and ensure solution stability and performance.

- Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to optimize processes for automation readiness.

Technical Expertise & Mentorship :

- Serve as a UiPath subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and project teams.

- Mentor and coach team members on UiPath development best practices, troubleshooting, and advanced functionalities.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, standards, and automation frameworks.

Documentation & Collaboration :

- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Design Documents (PDD), test plans, and deployment guides.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and infrastructure teams, to ensure successful project delivery.

- Provide post-implementation support, monitor bot performance, and address any production issues or enhancement requests.

What We're Looking For :

Experience : 4-8 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a minimum of 3+ years specifically in UiPath development and implementation.

UiPath Certification : UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or UiPath Certified RPA Developer (mandatory).

RPA Lifecycle Expertise : Strong, demonstrable understanding of the entire RPA lifecycle, including process identification, assessment, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Technical Proficiency :

- Expert-level proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and various UiPath activities and packages.

- Experience with UiPath REFramework.

- Solid understanding of programming concepts, preferably with experience in .NET (C# / VB.NET).

- Familiarity with APIs and integration methods.

- Analytical Skills : Skilled in analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and translating them into efficient automation workflows.

- Mentorship & Communication : Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and methodical approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
