- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.

- Analyze and map business processes to identify automation opportunities.

- Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and platforms.

- Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows for efficiency and reliability.

- Administer Power Automate environments through the Power Platform Admin Center and Automation Anywhere Control Room.

- Monitor and maintain RPA platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation environments.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align automations with business needs.

- Provide support and maintenance for existing automation Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in RPA development, with proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.

- Strong scripting skills in languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, or .NET.

- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and integration with other systems.

- Knowledge of administering Power Automate and Automation Anywhere platforms.

- Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication Skills :

- Certifications in Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer or Automation Anywhere.

- Experience with AI Builder, Process Advisor, and Microsoft Dataverse.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

- Knowledge of BPM platforms, like Pega, a strong plus.
