Digital Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer to join our team and help drive business growth through paid advertising and affiliate marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads Manager & Meta Ads Manager, as well as experience with Affiliate Marketing networks, tracking platforms, and payout models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPM).
They will also be proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel tracking, and Conversion Optimization.
As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing campaigns across multiple ad platforms, developing and managing Affiliate Marketing programs, and recruiting and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates/partners.
You will also be expected to optimize campaigns for CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions, conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages, and monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 2–4 years of proven experience in Media Buying / PPC Campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager & Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of Affiliate Marketing networks, tracking platforms, and payout models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPM).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel tracking, and Conversion Optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting.
