Job Purpose

The primary goal of this position is to achieve sales and profit targets for related product groups, creating the highest return for all parties involved.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and executing business plans for vendor product groups and associated services to meet agreed revenue targets, including forecasting and planning for product groups with vendors.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs for partners and carry out marketing initiatives to support product group objectives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of markets, customer needs, and competition.
  • Contribute to designing effective strategies, including inventory management, inventory fulfillment, and minimizing obsolescence.
  • Provide relevant reports for commercial decision-making purposes.
  • Maintain and develop operational level vendor relationships to ensure high levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team to perform at optimum levels for the relevant product group, requiring close collaboration with the Channels Sales Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Studies, Engineering, or other relevant courses.
  • Strong data entry skills are necessary.
  • Able to execute instructions accurately and request clarification when needed.
  • Demonstrate complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform complex mathematical calculations.
  • Communicate clearly and convey necessary information effectively.
  • Converse and write effectively in English and other local/regional languages.
  • Create and conduct formal presentations.
  • Interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above).
  • Negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
  • Constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
  • Collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
  • Effectively multi-task.

Working Conditions:
  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime may be required.
