Job Overview

Manage daily site activities based on project plans and work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Oversee crane planning and mobilization, guaranteeing safe operation and compliance with regulations.

  • Plan and execute daily site activities according to project timelines and work orders.
  • Supervise wind turbine generator installation activities, verifying alignment with drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Allocate work to contractors and engineers, monitor labor, tools, and equipment usage, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Conduct regular site inspections, verify material readiness, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

  • Manage the execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts, coordinating contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks.
Technical Oversight

Approve crane movement routes, ensure lift planning is in place, and validate the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures. Lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities, ensuring they are well-equipped and maintained.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve queries or issues that arise during site operations.
Required Skills and Experience

Relevant experience in wind project execution and a willingness to work across India are essential. Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
