Job Description

We are seeking a talented Software Development Team Lead to lead our cross-functional engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing end-to-end services for our web solution across cloud and on-premise environments.

  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
  • Align the team's product roadmap with business objectives and collaborate with product management to ensure smooth execution.
  • Review and prioritize product backlog items to ensure clear understanding and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with product owners and managers to finalize sprint backlogs and prioritize workloads.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for all stakeholders to prevent disruptions to the team.
  • Own all parts of the service lifecycle, including design, development, documentation, testing, tracking, and operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a team lead or manager for an agile team.
  • Comfortable working in high-demand setups and able to prioritize execution with a hands-on mentality.
  • Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software development life cycle.
  • Experience partnering with product and user experience teams.
  • Solid knowledge of secure SDLC principles, OWASP top-10 vulnerabilities, and remediation.
  • Strong communication skills to customers, business, and technical partners.
  • A data-driven mindset and great attention to detail.
  • A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset balancing technical excellence with business needs and delivery timelines.
  • A spirit of lifelong learning and eagerness to tackle new challenges every day.
Desirable Skills

While not required, the following skills would be beneficial:

  • Technical background in docker, kafka, databricks, ADO pipelines, or Azure services.
  • Domain knowledge in end-user computing and/or DEX.
Language

Fluency in English is mandatory; further languages are a plus.
