Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Process Executive to join our Windows Support team in Hyderabad. As the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues, you will provide fast, clear, and effective solutions through chat support.

This is a challenging role that requires troubleshooting skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. You will work closely with our team to diagnose and resolve complex problems, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues.
  • Provide fast, clear, and effective solutions through chat support.
  • Create a positive experience by showing empathy and patience while troubleshooting.
  • Use your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
Requirements:
  • A minimum typing speed of 35 WPM (typing words per minute) is required.
  • Prior experience in technical support via chat in business-to-customer environments is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with customers.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in any field is mandatory, along with a degree certificate and consolidated marksheet.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries is required.
  • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
  • A patient, empathetic, and customer-centric approach is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
