About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at PeopleGene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce skincare products and engage in effective communication to highlight their value proposition.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through telephonic selling, employing consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges.
Desirable Skills:
- Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
