Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to drive operational excellence, project management, data analysis, and KPI improvement within the Cards Customer Success vertical.

This role involves international partner management for cards payment products, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and continuous performance enhancement for ATM, POS & Ecom transactions.

  1. International Partner Management: Manage relationships with international partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in order to enhance performance.
  3. KPI Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business unit.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, expertise in settlement and reconciliation, as well as an understanding of payment products particularly UPI and related systems.

This role requires advanced skills in Excel, excellent PowerPoint/Power BI presentation skills, and strong communication skills. SQL knowledge is advantageous.

You will monitor and address day-to-day operational issues, drive performance improvement through root cause analysis, provide support to banks for operational queries and escalations, and conduct bank training sessions on systems, processes, and product awareness.

You will also ensure accurate and timely compliance follow-ups, advise on Standard Operating Procedures, technology upgrades, and network infrastructure enhancements to improve UPI success rates and achieve KPIs.
