About the Role:

  • As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our Human Capital Management (HCM) solution with customers.">
  • You will leverage your expertise to configure and demonstrate the Workday HCM product suite, including HCM Core, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Learning modules.">
  • Responsibilities will include understanding client business requirements, configuring the Workday solution, assisting clients in testing, and converting legacy data into Workday.">
  • Additionally, you will work closely with the Integration Consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party custom solutions.">
  • Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in functional experience across various HCM solutions, as well as excellent communication and partnership skills.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • At least 7 years of functional experience across any combination of HCM solutions, including HCM Core, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Learning modules.">
  • Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.">
  • Strong background in writing and executing test scenarios for Unit and End-to-End testing cycles.">
  • Good understanding of technical design documents, integrations, and data conversion.">
  • Passion for customer service, good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, with proficiency in partnering with various internal teams and customers.">
