Job Title: Financial Accountant

Overview:

A financial accountant is a vital role in any organization, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. As a financial accountant, you will play a key part in maintaining our company's financial health.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Handle end-to-end accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management, offering insights and analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of accounting experience in the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Skills:
