Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our corporate compliance and governance standards, including preparing comprehensive notice, agenda, board notes, and minutes for board, committee, and general meetings.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role, ideally within a listed company. They will possess proven experience in preparing board materials, MCA filings, and stock exchange compliances, including XBRL. A solid understanding of the Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations is essential.

Requirements
  • A Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
  • Strong drafting, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with BoardApp or similar digital board management tools
  • Exposure to FLA / RBI filings is essential
