Job Title: Backend Software Engineer

We're seeking a skilled backend software engineer to design and develop scalable APIs, integrate structured data with AI models, and ensure our platform remains secure and reliable.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building AI-powered systems that reshape how businesses use their data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain backend services and APIs for core data objects.
  • Integrate large language models with structured data through function calling and other AI-driven workflows.
  • Implement systems that ensure AI outputs are traceable and reliable.
  • Develop and optimize data models in Postgres/Prisma (with optional analytics layers).
  • Build secure, multi-tenant features with role-based access control and audit logging.
  • Support embeddings and vector search for intelligent free-text queries.
  • Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development.
  • Strong skills in Node.js/NestJS (or similar frameworks).
  • Proficiency in REST & GraphQL API design.
  • Experience with databases such as Postgres (Prisma or TypeORM).
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs and AI/ML workflows.
  • Understanding of event-driven systems.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote team.
