Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding payments from customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the field location team to obtain necessary supporting documents required for billing. This will involve contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

You will also investigate and address customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies. Additionally, you will perform regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function and ensure that cash is applied only based on the defined process without exceptions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree and/or postgraduate degree with 4-8 years of relevant work experience
  • End-to-end knowledge in AR (Accounts Receivable)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Billing & Invoicing, Cash Application, Customer Reconciliation
Key Responsibilities
  • Downloading of Bank statements for all accounts
  • Providing bank statements, remittances, and correspondences received to the collectors on the same day
  • Performing regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function
  • Ensuring that cash is applied only based on the defined process without exceptions
