This role involves providing technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
We are looking for a candidate who can monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing systems within SLA timelines. Remote troubleshooting and escalating unresolved issues are also key responsibilities of this position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines
- Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues
- Support users across different time zones and minimize downtime
- Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
- Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely
- Respond to user tickets and resolve issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux environments
