Job Title:

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Engineering Manager to lead our product engineering efforts and drive the execution of our product roadmap.

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, product managers, developers, quality analysts, and infrastructure specialists.
  • This role requires someone who is hands-on, can take charge of end-to-end product engineering requirements for multiple product lines, and is comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Serve as a thought leader and mentor on architecture, design, and technical aspects of products.
  • Identify and deploy the right tools, frameworks, techniques, and processes to improve productivity and solve technology problems.
  • Lead the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of products within agreed timeframes.
  • Own all non-functional requirements (NFRs) for products.
  • Contribute to the selection and hiring of product engineering team members.
  • Adapt and iterate quickly based on user and business feedback and metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree with 12-20 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Product Development, specifically in software engineering and architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Adept at using off-the-shelf software components.
  • Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript-based front-end frameworks and back-end technologies.
  • Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
