We are seeking a skilled professional to manage high-priority, high-profile programs and drive product and technology initiatives.

Job Description

In this role, you will own the successful delivery of large, high-impact programs by leveraging deep technical expertise and developing detailed plans with key milestones and goals.

  • You will identify and mitigate risks, solve for dependencies, remove impediments, and ensure timely and smooth program launches.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs and develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives.
  • Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.

This position requires a solid track record of program management and excellent technical, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans with clear goals, milestones, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and design.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and provide reporting on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Coach and mentor others in the best practices of modern technical planning and execution.
