Strategic Financial Leader

We are seeking a seasoned and agile financial expert to join our Operations & Maintenance segment. As the General Manager - Finance, you will be responsible for driving business performance, supporting commercial decision-making, and enabling growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with leaders to align financial strategy with segment goals.
  • Financial Planning and Reporting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the O&M segment.
  • Global Financial Compliance: Support the CFO in managing financial operations, compliance, and governance.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Promote data-driven decision-making using digital tools.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • MBA (Finance) from a reputable institution is preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a regional/global finance leadership role.
