Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing operations, you will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term client relationships and driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As the primary point of contact for clients, build trust and establish strong rapport through regular communication and proactive relationship management.
  • Understand client requirements, develop comprehensive briefs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital campaigns encompassing SEO, social media, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, and website management.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports to clients, ensuring data-driven insights inform future strategy decisions.
  • Pursue opportunities to enhance client business growth by proactively suggesting innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Maintain exceptional project delivery standards while upholding high-quality expectations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably in an agency background.
  • Profound understanding of 360° digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
