English Communication Trainer Role

Job Description

As an English Communication and Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs to students aged 12–18. You will create outcome-focused lesson plans, run assessment-driven workshops, and demonstrate clear progress in student confidence and communication ability.

  • Deliver engaging lessons on spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar.
  • Run focused workshops on presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps.
  • Design formative and summative assessments, track measurable progress, and produce concise progress reports for parents.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong soft-skills coaching ability and proven experience working with teens.
  • Deep understanding of adolescent psychology and child-sensitive teaching approaches.
  • Minimum 1 year classroom/training experience.
  • Energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused.
