We are seeking a skilled and innovative PLC Programmer, Automation Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and commissioning programmable logic controllers (PLCs), servo drives, and industrial robots for applications in robotics, mechatronics, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration and provide on-site installation, commissioning, and customer training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs for automation projects
  • Configure and program servo drives, motion controllers, and positioning systems and Robots
  • Collaborate with mechanical and electrical design teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and customer training
  • Maintain documentation of programs, electrical schematics, and user manuals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in PLC programming and automation engineering (Mitsubishi Electric will be preferred)
  • Proficiency in designing, testing, and commissioning PLC systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of electrical and control systems
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Familiarity with safety and quality standards in automation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
