Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PLC Programmer, Automation Engineer located in Noida. The PLC Programmer, Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), servo drives, and industrial robots for applications in robotics, mechatronics, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and optimizing existing automation systems, collaborating with other engineers, and ensuring that all systems meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Mitsubishi Electric) for automation projects.
- Configure and program servo drives, motion controllers, and positioning systems and Robots.
- Collaborate with the mechanical and electrical design teams to ensure smooth system integration.
- Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and customer training.
- Maintain documentation of programs, electrical schematics, and user manuals.

Qualifications

- Experience in PLC programming and Automation engineering (Mitsubishi Electric will be preferred)
- Proficiency in designing, testing, and commissioning PLC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of electrical and control systems
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in automation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in PLC, motion control, and robot programming.
