  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

  • Provide expert advice on HR policies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in healthcare or service industries is beneficial.
