  • Data and Analytics: Utilize HR insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and productivity.
  • Business Restructures: Manage employee-related activities during periods of change and restructuring.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior HR professionals to inform strategic workforce planning decisions.
  • Location and Working Practice Strategy: Develop and implement effective location and attendance strategies.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): Contribute to the development of inclusive workplace environments.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to established risk management protocols.
  • Wellbeing: Develop and deliver wellbeing initiatives to support employee health and wellness.
