Key Data Solutions Manager

The primary role of the Key Data Solutions Manager is to spearhead the development and implementation of internal data platforms and tools that facilitate data-driven decision making across the organization.

This position requires a high degree of collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, analytics, product, and business units. As a central point of contact for all product-related data initiatives, you will bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for internal data products and self-serve analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Establish and maintain a framework for monitoring data quality and standardizing data across sources, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and usability.
  • Drive the adoption and usage of data tools by ensuring they are intuitive, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management, data engineering, or data platform roles.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and data transformation workflows.
  • Proficiency in modern data stack tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
