Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to own the P&L of our micro territory within a larger geography and drive profitability. You will run and manage daily Sales operations for your micro territory, monitoring sales conversion funnels and driving improvements to deliver monthly targets.

  • Drive Sales through a skilled team of business managers to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize cost and efficiency in the sales funnel.
  • Enhance productivity of business managers.
  • Hire and train talent to build a motivated and trained team.
  • Establish a strong team with a clear vision.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on new initiatives and central programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience as an entrepreneur or P&L owner in fast-paced, high growth setups.
  • Team management experience
  • Strong bias for action, customer centricity and deep dive traits.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to tackle challenging problems and develop elegant solutions.
  • First principle thinking and data-driven decision making is essential.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with ever-changing requirements.
