Job Title: Management Trainee

Main Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to employees at all levels of the company regarding organizational policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on federal, state, and case law changes and monitor labor law updates for changes that affect the organization.
  • Work with the Business Partner to revise and update Company policies, prepare and maintain employee handbooks.
  • Regularly assist the People Excellence team with the preparation of reports and other special assignments.
  • Respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, personnel issues, investigations, and performance improvement process.
  • Support the company's performance management process. Work with HR Business Partners to ensure employees and managers are provided the necessary support to ensure success.
  • Assist with the coordination of Company functions as needed.
  • Responsible for communicating company information.
  • May represent the company at various recruiting events, including job fairs and open houses.

Technical Requirements:

  • Experience with MS Office and similar software applications.
  • Analyze present information to inform business decisions.
  • Must be organized and methodical in approach to problem solving.
  • Knowledge of Performance Management principles.
  • Knowledge of compensation benefits systems.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and legalities in relation to HR employment rights.
