Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will oversee the final stages of sales processes, engage with high-intent leads, conduct project walkthroughs, handle negotiations, and ensure deal closure with proper documentation.

You'll work under guidance of senior leaders and coordinate closely with stakeholders to maintain a smooth, high-quality sales experience.

Key Activities (Critical activities of the job)

• Engage with brokers to assist in closure of their referred clients updated with the status of their leads and documentation

• Present projects, USPs, pricing, and offers with clarity and conviction

• Market research and analysis to understand trends & market landscapes.

• Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance for smooth execution of booking

• Track and report team KPIs: walk-ins, conversion %, TAT for documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in commercial & residential real estate sales

• Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive under pressure

• Team management experience in a high-paced sales environment
