Information Security Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Manager to lead our organization's digital security efforts. This pivotal role involves protecting our digital assets from cyber threats through proactive risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the monitoring and analysis of security alerts and incidents. Your prompt response to security breaches will ensure minimal disruption to our operations.

A critical aspect of this role is collaborating with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into all aspects of our business. You will also manage and oversee the maintenance of security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection solutions.

Your expertise in developing and conducting security awareness training will promote a culture of security within our organization. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Other key responsibilities include performing and overseeing risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, preparing and presenting security reports to senior management and stakeholders, staying up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, and advising on necessary updates and changes.

Additionally, you will review and respond to client security questionnaires, review and interpret information security clauses in Master service agreements, collaborate with legal teams, IT teams, different business teams to align client requirements with internal information security policies, contribute to internal security awareness and trainings, and stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.

Key Skills Required:

• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of network security, application security, and data protection
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
• Experience in incident response and forensic analysis
• Experience in strategic planning and project management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple information security related activities with timelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent
