About the Role
  • Administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot multiple Oracle databases in production, development, and QA environments.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, patching, and migrations including platform and cross-version migrations.
  • Optimize database performance using AWR, ASH, OEM, and advanced tuning techniques.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA in large-scale enterprise-grade environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and RMAN.
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix environments, scripting, and automation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SAP systems using Oracle (ECC, BW, PI, etc.)
  • Experience supporting SAP upgrades and migrations involving Oracle.
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.

As a seasoned Oracle DBA, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability and disaster recovery configurations of our Oracle database landscape. You will also lead database initiatives such as cloud adoption, consolidation, and disaster recovery planning. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP systems using Oracle, including performance tuning and backup coordination.
