Digital Governance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Agile delivery processes, with a focus on ensuring governance, transparency, and efficiency across internally built digital assets.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and will work closely with Scrum teams to monitor sprint performance, maintain compliance with governance standards, and drive continuous improvement using tools like Azure DevOps.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Governance Support: Ensure Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) are aligned with governance policies.
- Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team capacity) to leadership.
- Facilitate adherence to delivery standards and best practices across product teams.
- Scrum Master Collaboration: Support Scrum Masters and Product Owners in backlog hygiene and sprint readiness.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and highlight risks or blockers to delivery.
- Azure DevOps Management: Monitor work item lifecycle in Azure DevOps (user stories, tasks, bugs).
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation related to sprints and delivery governance.
- Ensure teams are effectively using ADO boards and automation features.
