Marketplace Operations Manager


1 Lead the development and implementation of marketplace strategies, forecasts, and results. Short and long term objectives, customer metrics, and overall performance are key areas to focus on.
2 Develop reports and reporting formats to ensure transparency and data-driven decision making.

3 Oversee day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, including customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance, and performance analysis.

4 Develop a comprehensive merchandising strategy and deck that aligns with company directives and standards. This includes ensuring the site is well-merchandised and updated based on business needs for fresh, new, and quarterly agenda pushing.

5 Plan and execute marketplace promotions to maximize growth opportunities.

6 Collaborate with internal partners and outside agencies to develop overarching digital merchandising, design, and marketing strategies. Execute and analyze email marketing, affiliate programs, paid search, SEO, and other web-based marketing programs for success.
