Dark Store Operations Manager

We are seeking experienced leaders to manage our dark store operations across quick commerce segment. The role entails improving the packer productivity, managing daily store operations and improving key growth metrics.
Job DescriptionThe team leader will oversee daily operations of the dark store/warehouse, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the dark store/warehouse, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 15-20 associates/packers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
- Track Store Metrics: Optimize in-store metrics, improve packer productivity, and control pilferage across the dark store.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring a safe working environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Location - Mumbai, Goa, and Bangalore
- Experience in dark store/warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset
