About this Role

Job Summary

This is a high-growth opportunity for an experienced Quick Commerce Manager to lead and scale our instant fulfillment and last-mile delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in quick commerce, last-mile logistics, and D2C environments.

  • Develop and manage quick commerce fulfillment operations to ensure speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  • Design and optimize SOPs for order picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
  • Manage partnerships with 3PLs, last-mile delivery players, and dark store operators.
  • Drive inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment to minimize stockouts.
  • Collaborate with technology and product teams to integrate delivery platforms, tracking systems, and customer communication tools.
  • Analyze operational KPIs (OTD, fulfillment rate, cost per order, etc.) and implement process improvements.
  • Lead teams for warehouse/dark store operations and last-mile execution.
  • Stay ahead of quick commerce trends, tools, and consumer expectations to drive competitive advantage.
Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned professional with:

  • 4+ years of experience in quick commerce, last-mile logistics, or D2C fulfillment.
  • Proven expertise in managing high-volume, fast-turnaround operations.
  • A strong understanding of dark store operations, inventory management, and delivery networks.
  • Experience in working with 3PLs, logistics vendors, and technology integrations.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams across operations.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in quick commerce and on-demand delivery.
