Job Overview

The Regulatory Compliance Professional will serve as the primary liaison between MTC Group and various government departments, regulatory bodies, and local authorities. This role requires strong communication skills to advocate for the company's interests while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government relations, including approvals, permits, licenses, and regulatory filings;
  • Ensure timely submission of documents, applications, and forms required for regulatory compliance;
  • Represent MTC Group in meetings with government entities and regulators;
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with external stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory agencies, and industry associations;
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of internal processes to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions;
  • Assist in developing and updating internal compliance policies;
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, business administration, or environmental science;
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to the company's operations;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
