Lead AI Engineer Job Description

This role involves leading the development of AI-driven solutions for large-scale systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for candidates with:

  • Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, focusing on ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI.
  • 10+ years of experience in AI applications, including ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI.
  • Proven expertise in AIOps use cases, such as Predictive maintenance, Anomaly detection, Incident management.
  • Strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional AI teams, mentor junior engineers and researchers, drive project delivery and innovation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on results and innovation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
