Senior Transportation Financial Systems Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our transportation financial systems projects.
- Leverage metrics to manage reporting and escalate as required to mitigate risk.
- Develop a deep understanding of functional flows and own the program to minimize financial exposure.
- Contribute in identifying improvement opportunities in processes, technical implementation, business operations, etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience in program management in a broad, global organization, working with cross-organizational stakeholders, and balancing competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree, or MBA in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
